Gold glimmers in the rock.

Step inside a cave sculpted from mortar.
The owner mixed real gold dust into the walls, so they softly glimmer in the lamplight.

Our Craft

  1. Grilled over charcoal

Every skewer is grilled over a charcoal fire.
The rising smoke and aroma are part of the feast.

  2. One skewer at a time

The owner personally tends the grill,
watching the fire and finishing each skewer one by one.

  3. Seasonal dishes, sashimi & gyoza

Beyond yakitori, we also serve seasonal dishes, sashimi and gyoza.

  4. Sweetfish in summer

In summer only, we serve ayu (sweetfish).
